AquaMundo, in cooperation with Berlinwasser, took over full operational responsibility for the management, operations and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Companies of Durres, Fiër, Lezhë and Sarandë under a performance based management contract.

Main goals:

• increase duration of water supply
• improve water quality to costumers
• increase collection ratio
• increase working ratio
